General Shipping Information

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. If delays occur, we will contact you to offer the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends.
  • Specific shipping instructions can be added at checkout.
  • We use multiple carriers to ensure the best rates and delivery times for our customers.
  • In case of a refund, customs duties and shipping fees for orders to the U.S. and international markets are non-refundable.

Important: We do not ship solar panels outside of Canada.

  • Orders over $500 USD: Free shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
  • Customers may arrange logistics and customs clearance through a freight forwarder in Canada and a customs broker in the United States.
  • Sales tax applies based on the shipping address.

Caribbean & International

  • Shipping destinations listed at checkout.
  • Available via ocean/ground freight through selected carriers.

In-Store Pickup Policy

  • Pickup available at our Saint-Jérôme, Quebec location.
  • Select this option at checkout.

Payment Options for In-Store Orders

  • Cash and check payments accepted in-store.
  • These orders must be placed by phone: 1-800-966-7987 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM ET).

Pickup Process

  • Location: Ecosolaris—622 Roland-Godard Blvd, Saint-Jérôme, QC J7Y 4C5, Canada
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET
  • Pickup within 20 business days of purchase required
  • If not possible, contact Ecosolaris to schedule pickup
  • Bring ID or order confirmation
  • Signature required at pickup

Important: Once picked up and signed, liability transfers to the customer.

Items Damaged in Transit

If you discover damage or missing items upon delivery:

Document at Delivery 

Take photos:

  • The pallet upon delivery, if possible.
  • Close-up images of any damage (each damaged piece separately)

Report the Issue

For a Return

To receive a refund or replacement, you must provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s).
  •  A receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Send all details to Ecosolaris customer service within 30 days of delivery.

Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.


Returns Policy

1. Return Policy (15-Day Window)

Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns are subject to approval. The return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Product No Longer Needed or Ordered by Mistake

It will be possible to return the products, including the solar heat pumps, to us in their original condition at your expense to get a full refund within the 15-day window.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
