    • The indoor unit should emit a sound signal to confirm that the reset was successful.
    • Then power off both the AC and DC supplies:
  2. Turn Off the AC Power (Grid / Alternating Current)

Disconnect the main AC power source. To turn off the AC breaker, simply switch the fuse to the OFF position or remove it completely from the panel.

  3. Disconnect DC Power (Solar Power / Direct Current)
    • Unplug the MC4 connectors from the outdoor unit.

*Note: If a DC breaker was installed, you can isolate the DC circuit by switching it off instead of unplugging the MC4 connectors.

    • If your heat pump is powered by a battery, disconnect the DC Booster at both ends.

  4. Wait and Reconnect Power.
Wait 1 minute, then reconnect both the AC and DC power supplies.

  5. Reconnect via the Tuya App
Open the Tuya app on your smartphone.
Tap the "+" in the top right corner, then select "Add Device." The app will begin searching for nearby devices.
Select "Add" to connect the device.

Once these steps are completed, the connection between the Tuya WiFi app and the indoor unit should be restored.

Procedure 3

If the two previous procedures did not work, the issue is likely related to a router change or a new Internet service provider. In this case, the heat pump is no longer properly connected to your Wi-Fi network. You will need to delete the old network and reconnect the device.

To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Tuya app, then tap the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper-right corner.
