The heat pump will operate primarily on direct solar energy and draw power from the electrical grid when needed. Energy produced by the solar panels is used during sunny periods, while the grid supplements the system when solar production is insufficient and at night.
This allows the heat pump to operate day and night, even when solar energy is unavailable.
Power your solar heat pump from a 48V battery bank for continuous off-grid operation, day or night. A DC Booster connects the battery system directly to the heat pump’s DC input, allowing it to operate without a grid connection or dedicated inverter.
The system can be integrated with a compatible new or existing 48V solar and battery system.
