This agreement constitutes a legal agreement between the user of the site and SolarCooling.ca, with respect to the SolarCooling.ca web site.

9. Payment and Payment Terms

1. Prices

Prices for our products are quoted in Canadian or U.S. dollars with applicable taxes added (where applicable). All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Canadian or U.S. dollars. SolarCooling.ca reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are always invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

2. Payment

The payment of your purchases on our website is made by credit card. They are all accepted as well as American Express, MasterCard and Visa international cards. The proposed fees must be paid according to the payment procedure described during the registration process. The customer agrees to pay the total cost and charges for the product purchased, including taxes. SolarCooling.ca may change the price after notifying the customer. The client is solely responsible for the actual payment of the product purchased. Only the user is responsible for the payment by credit card of the service offered. SolarCooling.ca is not responsible for payment problems related to the operation of the e-commerce service.

3. Payment security

4. Out of stock product

12. Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold SolarCooling.ca harmless in the event of any legal action being taken against SolarCooling.ca as a result of any violation of these terms of use by you or any user of your access to the SolarCooling.ca site.

13. Force Majeure

SolarCooling.ca will not be liable for the non-performance, in whole or in part, of any of its obligations to you, or for any damages or losses you may suffer, if the non-performance, damages or losses result from an event of force majeure or a circumstance beyond its control.
